Nursery Schools
A permanent licence for a nursery is £15 and is not dependent on the
number of children or computers. (Without further discounts).
Infant Schools
For infant schools (i.e.
with Key Stage 1 but without Key Stage 2) the Student
Roll is given by the number of pupils in Key Stage1, Reception and Nursery.
Primary Schools
For primary schools, the Student
Roll is given by the number of pupils in Key Stage1 and 2 (i.e. Years 1 -
6). You do not have to count Reception and Nursery.
Junior/Middle Schools
Pupil
Roll is taken to be the number of pupils in Key Stage 2 and 3.
Mainstream Secondary Schools
For mainstream secondary schools, the Student
Roll is given by the number of pupils in Key Stage 3, you do not have to
include Key Stage 4 or higher. However if there is no Key Stage 3 you must
base the Student Roll on Key Stage 4.
Special Secondary Schools
For special secondary schools, the Student
Roll is given by the number of pupils in all Key Stages.
All Age Special Schools
For all age special schools, the Student
Roll is given by the number of pupils in Key Stages 3 or higher.
PRUs
For PRUs the Student
Roll is given by the number of pupils in all Key Stages.
A permanent site licence for a Public Library is £15 per title.
Colleges of Further Education / Post 16 Provision
The Student Roll is based on the number of all Post 16
students.
