Many teaching organizations will have received a
trial CD of the new upgraded MathBase2 referred to a version 2008. The
same software can be downloaded from this page. Even if you have the
trial CD, you may wish to download the software from this page as it has
several further improvements and fixes.
The software is downloaded as a collection of files
that can be used to install MathBase2 across multiple computers. However
if you simply want to install a single copy of the software on a
computer that is connected to the internet you may find it simpler to
use the
home download page.
This will download and install
MathBase2 in one simple operation and for convenience place an easily
accessible icon on the desktop.
The install folder is sent as self-extracting zip file. If
you choose run the folder will be extracted immediately. Else, if you choose
to save, the compressed zip file is saved for later extraction.
Once extracted, the folder contains the all files needed to install
the trial of MathBase2 on individual computers or a network. For portability, the files can be
copied to CD or memory stick. The install files are in MSI format.
