Alternatively, organizations can download all
software for which they are licensed from the MathBase web site free
of charge. To do this, click

on the home page and enter
your User Name and Password. If you have not yet
received these from MathBase, please call 020 7249 2828 or email
mail@mathbase.co.uk.
Earlier versions of MathBase1 (2002) and
MathBase2 (2003) are not available for purchase on CD but can be
downloaded free of charge by organizations that hold a licence for
them. See the above section for details. Installation is based
on MSI files:
Organizations may upgrade to the latest software
at a discount of 50% on current prices. In particular this applies
to MathBase1 and MathBase2.
Organizations may need to increase their licence
band or the number of computers licensed. Generally the cost is
calculated by the differences in current prices plus a small admin
fee.
Licences may be transferred between
organizations. This may be of special interest when, for example,
one school closes down and another school wishes to take on the
licence. There is an admin fee of 15% at current prices. |
